FAQ

FAQ

Timelines, pricing, coverage, simulation capability and confidentiality.

How long does a lighting design take?

Depends on scale: concept and preliminary design typically 3–7 business days; detailing, control programming and on-site commissioning together about 1–3 months, aligned with the project schedule. Special environment projects are quoted on a separate timeline based on scene complexity and integration scope.

How is pricing structured?

Standard design is priced by built area or complexity, covering concept, detailing, simulation, selection consulting and deliverable documents. Special environment projects can be phased as “design + system integration.” We first define scope and effort in writing, then quote a fixed price — no vague numbers.

Which regions do you serve?

Nationwide and overseas. Headquartered in Suzhou with partner support in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen; most work is done remotely with on-site presence at key milestones.

Which scenarios can you replicate?

Parameterized scenarios already in service: tunnel-entrance glare, oncoming headlight glare, low night visibility, lightning flicker, and lighting across different CCT and CRI. Illuminance is stepless over 0–3000 lux with per-lamp control and flicker simulation. Custom scenarios can be built on the scene library.

How do you ensure built results match the design?

We build one-to-one 3D scene models that precisely reproduce materials, reflectance and environmental parameters, using measured IES photometric databases for the fixtures.

Sample pre-testing runs in parallel to verify luminous flux and photometry, and the full simulation is re-checked against the project’s acceptance criteria — reducing acceptance risk with traceable technical evidence.

How is project information kept confidential?

We can sign an NDA before engagement. Drawings, parameters and client information stay within the project team — never shared, cited or used in any publicity. All cases on this site are redacted with no client identifiers or sensitive parameters.
